Liked: Liked the value and the location. Close to everything we need to go to.
Disliked: We booked for a two bed room and we only got one bed luckily its a king bed and fit us all but not very comfortable with 2 kids in bed. Staff stated must’ve been a misunderstanding but couldn’t give us the right bed we booked and offered a $70 money back.

Liked: Clean, spacious room, large king bed
Disliked: It was very inconvenient to not have an allocated parking spot. Paying for a room should guarantee you at least one car spot per room. We had popped out for a few hours one night, and upon returning there were no car parks left in the whole facility. I was staying with my newborn baby so parking on the street was not an option for us. Also the sheets on the beds were quite rough.

Definitely not a 4.5 star...

Liked: The location was amazing
Disliked: We’ve stayed here before unfortunately the standards seemed to have dropped in the last year. The room definitely wasn’t as clean as it was last time, particularly the bathroom, there was a build up of soap scum and grime on the taps and in the shower. The kettle in the kitchen was almost unusable (smelt disgusting and had a build up on blue stuff on the inside), the parking was the biggest issue. There’s no where near enough parking, they seemed to have tried to fix it by making parking on the side of the property but there’s not enough parking for each room to have a car, the parking was also unmarked which was really difficult because we had to worry about getting a parking spot if you came in later than 6-7pm which with a newborn is definitely extremely difficult. This was our third time staying here, the two times before there was no issues but the standards have dropped, and as a family who come to Toowoomba 3-4 times a year this is extremely disappointing, we will definitely be looking for somewhere else to stay.

Disliked: No extractor fan for bathroom meant all bathroom steam went into the room and made it musty and damp. It's not an apartment as advertised, but a motel room with a sink. Dishes were washed and left to drip dry, which is fine, but they were still dirty. Tea stains remained on cups, and coffee dregs smeared, on the orhers

Recommend for a stay and...

Liked: Perfect stay if playing golf at City golf course which the motel backs on to. Only 5 minute walk on pathway to clubhouse or motel offers complimentary Uber if you prefer not to walk. Rooms good size, clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful with any requests.

Exceptional

Liked: This one mine and my husbands first stay at the golf club and honestly it was just what I needed after an entire day of umpiring netball. The bed was comfy, by far the best pillows. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the bath was amazing. We stayed in room 36 and the view was incredible. The only thing I couldn't work out was how to stream my phone to the TV but plenty on options to watch on foxtel.And a massive bonus to the beautiful reception lady that had to put up with my exhausted self when I first arrived. She was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Honestly. Absolutely nothing.
