Disliked: Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in our room was not functioning properly, which made for an uncomfortable stay as the room became quite warm.While we were eventually provided with a portable unit, it required us to periodically reload it with ice, which added to our frustration. Initially, we felt that our concerns were not taken seriously, and it seemed as though we were a burden rather than guests seeking assistance. After expressing our dissatisfaction multiple times, we were finally accommodated with a room change But after two days of complaining.
