Liked: The location was perfect, very central and close to most museums or tour departureThe staff was very helpfulIt's not a luxurious hotel but clean and comfortable
Disliked: Compared to other Marriott hotels, breakfast , it did not include eggs or bacon. So as a gluten intolerant person I missed that option.

Liked: Very clean rooms, helpful and friendly employees, beautiful property, great view from room, decent breakfast - limited options but gets the job done. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again next time I’m in CDMX.

Good location, but shabby decoraton....

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: I suppose to stay for 4 nights. However, I have urgent thing at second day, so that I have to change my travel schedule and I need to check out 2 nights ahead of. I asked front desk if I could get refund for 2 nights in this situation and he told me I can as long as I check out before 1pm next day. But when I check out next day, they only refund me 1 night instead of two. They lie to me at the very begining. That really makes me mad.
