All good but with room...

Liked: I always prefer Marriott for my stays, they never disappoint.Room was clean, hot water, WIFI.Continental breakfast & free coffee 24/7Staff were always helpful & courteous.I will keep using City Express Plus.
Disliked: ** I would change the carpeting on the aisles on the 2nd floor, they look worn out. (Clean but worn out)** I would keep the lights turned on where the 24/7 coffee machine is, I couldn't see if I was getting sugar or cream!** All TV channels were Spanish speaking, I would like to be able to change them to my language. (English) and I would like to be able to cast content from my phone to the TV, for instance Netflix or YouTube.** When I booked my stay I asked for a queen bed but at check in there weren't any rooms available and was offered a room with double beds. I didn't accept stating that I had booked my stay with enough time.In the end, the front end girl did accommodate my request but I had the impression that the room was not cleaned in time for my arrival. I did receive a fresh clean room, sheets, towels and bathroom amenities all fresh, but it felt rushed..Have in mind that I did get there after 3;00pm so it should have been ready beforehand.

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic, very fresh, with lots of options, and all delicious!!!! The room is very comfortable with perfect AC settings, didn't need to change anything, and the staff were awesome, didn't want for anything!
Disliked: Nothing. Not a thing. All awesome!
