Disliked: The room was located next to the elevator engine.No windows or natural light.Uncomfortable bed.

Language barriers and key card...

Liked: The hotel is next to Mother's Monument, close to restaurants and a shopping mall. Happy that they offer single beds for solo travelers.
Disliked: The evening shift receptionist spoke little to no English, making it difficult to ask for basic information like laundry or a hairdryer. (Yes, there was no hairdryer in the room—you had to leave a photo ID to borrow one.) The swipe card constantly had issues as well. After returning exhausted and barely making it to the top floor, I had to go back down to get my card fixed, relying on ChatGPT to explain the situation.

Liked: Staff was at all times friendly and helpful and most importantly honest.At checkout I forgot my carry on luggage, not sure if in the lobby or in the restaurant. Hours later I realized I had forgotten my carry on. I called the reception to ask about it and there it was. I was so grateful for it.
