Liked: They don’t do the cleaning on time ., they nock the door to see if somebody is in the room for cleaning and they don’t do it and I the receptionist they don’t know how to do it they need more experience

Liked: Breakfast was amazing even though it was crowded
Disliked: Fitness center was closed during the morning because the manager had the key but later they said it was another host who has they key so they lied about the situation and couldn’t use the facility

Liked: room was good for one person, clean and comfortable. they can improve their breakfast as options were very limited especially if someone has dietary restrictions like vegetarian etc.
Disliked: breakfast was ok, also the room can have basic amenities like coffee maker?
