City Express by Marriott New Orleans 1-10

I had a good stay...

Liked: The breakfast was neat and warm set up really nice and appealing and fresh.

Disliked: The hallways had a smell to it

Disliked: The room was dirty, stains everywhere. Curtains broke while trying to open it, AC was leaking water creating a puddle in the room, stuff disregarded request on not allowing anyone go in my room. Just dirty and unsafe overall.

Liked: Off of I-10
Disliked: There was no Ironing board cover for the ironing board, a elevator did not work. There was no generator for the power out during the storm. Every time I asked if the manager was in , I was told no. No decaf coffee at breakfast

Disliked: No Front Desk personnel / nor Breakfast personnel in their areas in the morning. Waffle mix had black particles (not blueberries) and the waffle machine was dirty.

Liked: Nothing, employees were rude and the hotel was dirty
Disliked: Staff and lack of cleanliness
