Liked: I like the location very convenient for my trip only 10 minutes from the airport.
Disliked: My check-in took forever, and the front desk team definitely needs improvement in both efficiency and customer service. I was traveling with my family and a baby, plus six suitcases, and no one was available to help. When I asked, they told me they don’t offer that service.The same thing happened at check-out — I had to carry everything myself. I’ve stayed at another location of this same hotel in Mexico City Centro and absolutely loved it, but at this location I won’t be coming back. Very disappointing customer service.

Nice location

Liked: Airport pick n dropClose to metro station and Walmart
Disliked: Limited room amenities. No dental kit or washroom slippers. I asked a staff member for the slippers but she couldnt understand english.
