Disliked: We first had to ask at reception for a second set of bath towels, but we always booked them for 2 people!

Nice place to crash between...

Liked: Breakfast had many options, but the scrambled eggs were cooked with pork and I was not able to eat them. Staff were friendly and helpful!
Disliked: I was thankful for hotel shuttle, but we arrived in MEX at 920p and weren't able to board shuttle until around 1120p.

Disliked: Pillows not as comfortable.Decoration somber and gloomy.Room a bit dark

Disliked: The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Decent breakfast and polite staff.

Affordable, comfortable airport hotel.

Liked: Handy location from terminals 1 or 2.Clean, welcoming. Perfect for an overnight connection.Breakfast seemed underwhelming, but was delicious!
Disliked: Issues with room keys not functioning at check-in. Would not operate lifts or room access. 3 other guests with same issue. Inconvenient, but resolved by front desk as quickly as they could.

Liked: The staff was amazing. The airport shuttle was quick and easy. They even had a packed breakfast for me before I left because I had to check out before breakfast started. They made me coffee too!
