Disliked: Convenient shuttle to the airport and includes breakfast

Liked: After there were a few problems with the payment with card and the lady at the reception at some point said there was only cash possible, she managed to use the saved card from my booking and charged it. Also as a compensation of the long waiting time on our arrival and being unable to have breakfast the next morning because the flight was too early, she offered the free airport transport of the hotel and a small lunch bag in the morning.
Disliked: People were very noisy at 1 am discussing in the room next to me (very thin walls?) and slamming doors. At some point, I shouted at them through the room saying it was night and it slowly calmed down. But I had to get up at 5 again, so them being quiet only at 1:30 stopped me from having a good night/stay.Also, there is no bar/restaurant in the hotel, we found something to eat nearby (Toks).

Poor service and soulless.

Liked: Location and the concierge was very helpful.
Disliked: Poor service (aside from concierge) and the fact that they offered to collect us from the airport but never turned up. We called a couple of times and they either didn’t offer someone who could speak English or they just hung up on us leaving us stranded.

Liked: the room was ok,
Disliked: the area where to take the shuttle to the hotel from the airport was not signal, nobody knew where it was, and I even send an email to the hotel to let me know, but it was no answer
