Liked: We got to our accommodation and there was no electricity, so had to find other accommodation. Assured we would be refunded and have not seen our money back, to say we are disappointed and disgusted would be an understatement. Would never go back or recommend this place And to add on top of that would never recommend booking.com, as not can get any service or unable to contact to get help . We will now book only straight through the accommodation.

Liked: Staff friendly and efficient. Location central and handy to my situation. Price was good for Melbourne.
Disliked: Booked 4 nights. Power outage after 1st night. Not resolved. Had to find alternate accommodation. Offered 3 night refund. Still waiting for refund 4 days later.

Disliked: Smells are really bad of cigarettes, im not sure where it comes from, but the fan in ensuite makes smell worse.The staff are unfriendly and can be loud at night with guests drinking and talking
