Average but OK for one...
Liked: Close to where I needed and was comfy
Disliked: Too many stairs and older room. Used soap container instead of new one

We actually enjoyed our stay...
Liked: In general the room was good and normally very quiet, (see not like). The microwave, toaster and kettle were new. There were plates, bowls and cutlery of good quality.The buses were 50 metres on Hoddle street. Two train stations were about 800m and 1km distance with trains about 10minutes apart.Trams were about 800m.
Disliked: The room did have some minor maintenance issues.When the pub next door has outside music it is quite annoying until 11pm then quiet.People in the room above were heard walking around and their bed squeaking when sat on.Entrance was in need of a freshen up and stairs only to the office and rooms.
