City Creek Inn & Suites

It was loud and drug infested. There was only a sheet and the bed cover, no blanket at all. The water temperature was way too hot and burnt a hand. Mold in the shower. Towels were too small, only had one wash cloth in the motel. Pretty sure there was prostitutes hanging outside our room. We had to put in ear plugs and turn on the fan to drown them out. Will never stay there again. Almost went somewhere else all together.

Disliked: the area was bad and we felt unsafe, and getting into the hotel to park was a little inconvenient. as for the rooms, we originally had a room and when we first walked in, it reeked of cigarettes and body odor. we then asked for a room change because of how awful the smell was. they were nice and accommodating and helped us the best they could. however, our next room was extremely dirty. towels had black spots on them and clearly dirty. the bathroom toilet had (recent) dirty water droplets all over the seat, not even the lid. the seat of the toilet was dirty. then the shower had a puddle of grey dirty water at the bottom of it. we ended up changing hotels because there was no we were going to stay there. we felt unsafe, uncomfortable and very unsanitary. 0 out of 5 stars. not to mention the weird old man who was staring at us as we walked to and from the front desk and our room while he watered the plants.
