Liked: We did enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The stuff were very helpful and professional.The hotel is very good and charming in the style, we did enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean.

Generally not a good experience...

Liked: The only plus for this hotel was the central location and the terrace adjacent to the room, but be careful when the terrace is wet you might break your neck it is extremely slippery.
Disliked: The staff was not at all helpful and instead of explaining how things work (for example: checkout, access from parking garage to hotel …) information came retroactively (too late) and with an attitude, especially the male behind the desk was extremely unfriendly and argumentative with a chip on his shoulder (the poor woman that had to work with him was actually nice). The front desk was only available after 2pm until 10pm. Parking structure has only limited key cards (6 cards for 50 guests they told me, which in itself is laughable). The rooms are very basic, furniture is from the 80s or 90s (they are clean so they might be newer but the design was terrible), looks better in the photos than in reality, the whole standard was outdated and not what one would expect from a contemporary hotel. The hotel was mostly empty during our stay a bit creepy. It is not the kind of hotel I usually stay, I expect much more even for this price. Generally not a good experience especially with this staff stay away.

Fine one-night stay in Oldenburg.

Liked: For my needs, the hotel was fine despite the “80’s feel”. The room had a newly renovated bathroom. Didn’t order breakfast, nor make use of the swimming pool during my stay.
Disliked: No air conditioning in the hotel room.
