Exceptional

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, clean and modern facilities and room.

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: The staff was super nice, everything was clean, the products in the bathroom were great.The WiFi was pretty poor throughout the hotel. Including on the terraza and in the room. Not ideal if working. The pool is pretty nice and only a few lounge chairs.

A nice place to stay...

Liked: Nice rooftop bar area. Clean rooms. Amazing reception - hotel is in a converted bank!
Disliked: A little noisy at times and a walk or taxi to some sites but that is probably the case for everywhere in Mexico City.

Disliked: The location - central to the city but didn’t feel as safe as other neighborhoods of the city

Really nice hotel with an...

Liked: Loved the location and cleanliness of the property. The rooftop restaurant was great for breakfast, especially for the warmth of the head waiter, Eduardo.
Disliked: I know it's a trend in hotels now, and given the high ceiling of the room I understand, but the lack of ceiling for the bathroom does not provide a lot of privacy, noise-wise.

Good location and facilities but...

Liked: Clean facilities, big rooms
Disliked: WiFi did not work frequently. aC would go off intermittently.. Staff mgmt was not very helpful. The WiFi was not working when I left and they said they would email me my checkout bill but I didn’t receive it.
