It was awful!

Liked: Nothing to be honest.
Disliked: The smell of cannabis was very strong in the building lots of noise people fighting beating and banging doors slamming the whole stay I even complained to from desk due to I was not able to get any sleep and had to miss a day of work due to it. Nothing was done about it. No room service was offered the entire stay no one came to ask if I needed trash taken out or clean towels or linens. Over all not any place I would ever stay again. It seems to be a place a lot of drug users stay and the front desk is aware and don’t care. Very unprofessional setting. I complained two times then checked out a day early and nothing was offered to me to be moved to another room or get a discount on the rate I paid so I had to leave and go to another place to stay so I could get rest to be able to get up for work. Very disappointing and money wasted at this location never again will I stay and would not recommend anyone else to stay.

Disliked: Felt very unsafe and room was filthy. I spent 2 min in the room and turned around to stay at a different hotel down the road. The Large sliding window did not have any locking mechanism and the room was on the street level. (Unsafe)Toilet bowl base had dried large yellow urine stain. Wardrobe cabinet was filled with rods and buckets like a utility closet.Management has not responded to the emails ,messages and phone calls made by myself and booking com customer service. So I had to put the charge under dispute to get a refund.

Liked: The front counter staff was very courteous and pleasant during the process of getting me my room.
Disliked: There seems to be an inappropriate odor in the hallway. The room was not didn't smell the same as it did in the hallway. But the TV was mounted in a place where it covered a light inside the room. There also was very little space between the bed and the window. There was a guests located across or near my room that were rude, noisy and disrespectful during the stay. They were smoking in the hallway and when I asked them to please lower their volume and reminded them about the hotel smoking policies, I was told to mind my own business. I alerted the hotel front desk, but to no avail. And finally there was a small child crying most of the night. I may have gotten 3 hours of sleep the night of my check in.
