City Centre Budget Hotel

Very good

Enjoyable and affordable stay in...

Liked: The hotel is located near Parliament station. The room was clean and comfortable. Rooftop access was nice. Just a heads up, the facility doesn't have an elevator.
Disliked: The only downside was I couldn't find a hair dryer in the bathroom, it is possible that you may need to ask for them at reception.

Disliked: Everything there was rubbish under the beds the beds and sheets were stained

A perfect budget friendly hotel...

Liked: This hotel exceeded my expectations as for the price it is excellent! Hotel is located in an excellent spot just one street away from Burke St (trams) and a 300m walk to Parliament station (train). Shared bathrooms were pretty good and often cleaned. There is a block to share and then some private ones in the hall as well. I had a late check in and the process was very smooth. I would definitely stay here again when in Melbourne.
Disliked: The TV did not work but that was not a major deal for us.
