Superb

Liked: Facilities are good, everything you need to get by, plenty toilets showers. Staff very helpful, great location
Disliked: Only issue we had, cleaner are around and cleaned regulary, but some guests were not clean.

Good spot, great value

Liked: Location is great, close to free tram and centre of Melbourne. Room was adequate for what I required and clean however the mattress was so hard i kept waking up with sore hips.
Disliked: Bed was very hard. This was my only complaint.

it was comfortable and affordable...

Liked: the hotel was in a fantastic location, close to theatres and cafes and public transport. and a short walk from everything. very convenient. the staff were friendly if i needed anything, and the room was comfortable.
Disliked: the cleanliness of the bathrooms was less than ideal throughout the day. i saw people cleaning in the morning but i think it would be beneficial to have someone go through in the evening as well.
