Good

Liked: The rooms are clean and the location is very good.
Disliked: The receptionist is not hospitable and welcoming. It's my second stay here and both receptionists that were on duty when I checked in were a bit arrogant.

It's ok but important details...

Liked: Location and breakfast
Disliked: Air conditioner was not working. Check out is at 10.00 but breakfast ends at 10.00 too. It would be better to set check out time at 11.00 so you have time to pack your stuff or go to toilet.
