Disliked: The staff the environment parking our room was disgusting 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Liked: It was easy to find and had ample parking on a Wednesday night. It was mostly clean and did have three small double beds. A/C fan was low but chilled the room quite well.
Disliked: The condition of the walls, paint, and bathroom were sketchy -ceiling mold, mildew around peeling caulk, peeling and patchy paint. Directly across the street from a fire breathing/dancing to music metal mantis show that quit leaking through the crack in the door about 11 p.m. Lamp and t.v. didn't turn on. No sound insulation from the courtyard.

Find another hotel!!

Liked: Convent location, so many bad reviews but we had a great time! The price was just right I didn't book a resort I booked a basic motel so of course it's going to have flaws, I had absolutely no problems here great staff and a perfect location to walk to Fremont.
