Liked: Clean and quiet rooms, free parking.
Disliked: Breakfast was very poor - only chocolate bars, apples, a few pastries and coffee, juice. The receptionist was not very friendly, felt a little bit that we bothered her by coming here. Also, right before leaving the electricity went off in the whole hotel because someone plugged something in too powerful.

Not with RV!
Liked: The location and the price are okay and the room was clean.
Disliked: We couldn't get to the Parking area with our RV (a small one with 19" lengh and 8" high) even though we asked for this before we arrived. We had to park far away from the hotel and spent extra money therefore. The desk clerk offered us to hold our luggage in the meantime. Later then they demanded a extra fee for this service! The emloyees seems unfriendly and nonprofessional.

Liked: The parking was convenient and the room was small but comfortable.
Disliked: The location was close proximity to the centre of town but unfortunately was in an area where lots of homeless people were living on the street. We were there over the weekend and walked everywhere, so each time we left the hotel we were walking past people doing drug deals on the street and literally shooting up drugs in full view. Not the fault of the hotel but worth knowing if you are choosing this area. It might not be as bad during the work week. The staff member who checked me in and was there every afternoon during our 4 night stay clearly hated her job and couldn't have been less helpful if she tried. Every request or question was a hassle.

Disliked: Hair dryer was totally broken, however, the front desk staff was very helpful to fix the hair dryer.

Hotel is average but the...
Disliked: Me and my girlfirend had a very bad welcome experience at this hotel. Our check in was as worst as possible. The lady at the reception was really rude and was not willing to help at all. We had some problems with our mastercard while trying to pay, since we're from Europe (we tried with 3 different ones) and the lady behind the desk didn't care at all. We asked her 2 times where the ATM is so we can withdraw some money so we can pay the hotel and of course she didn't tell us that there are a lot of homeless people, drunks, drug addicts and similar people in the neighbourhood and which streets we should stick to (it was around 10pm at that time). Finally we found an ATM and when we come back to the hotel with money she tells us we can't pay with cash. We asked her if she can try our Mastercard once again and it worked. We'll she could have think of that by herself and save us a lot of trouble, don't you think?? Not to mention that we also had problems while withdrawing the money at ATM - it took the money from my account, but didn't give me any cash. So now I'm trying to get my 500USD back and I'm from Europe. How convenient. Also the lady at the reception didn't give us any information about parking, Wi-fi, breakfast, etc. We had to "pull" everything our of her.An apple, coffe and the cerealbar is not a breakfast. When we we're doing check out there was another lady at the desk but again unfriendly. We kindly asked her if we can can leave our car at the parking lot for another 30 minutes just to grab a coffe at the coffe shop which was 20m below the hotel but she didn't let us. She told us that her boss won't let her do that. So we had to move our car for 10m and leave it on the street and the parking premises at the hotel were almost empty! We remembered that we forgot something in the room after we left so we went back.
