Renovate please

Liked: There was a bath. But that was it.
Disliked: Poor conditions of the room. Lot of molt in the bathroom. the beds and pillows were hard too. The furniture was also bad. This falling off etc. Please renovate this beautuful spot at the beach.

Liked: Great location & value for money.
Disliked: The room was very cold. The staff did put the heating on when we asked them to, but it was off again when we were back there to sleep after 11pm.Our room was on the lowest floor of the hotel & overlooked the pavement, road & green which was fine although some privacy film on the lower half of the window would've been appreciated. Everyone can see in so we couldn't have the curtains open during the day.

Disliked: Lamp in one of the rooms did not work, window was not closing properly. two rooms were booked, one had sea view, the other, back of the building with rubbish bins to see. The lift needs updating and we needed to ask for more tea bags/milk not sufficient for 3 people.

Liked: Room was much nicer then the one we booked, great location, so close to local shops and beach. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Liked: Nicely located, room was much better than expected Guy on reception desk was an absolute joy. Very professional and always asked if we were ok and if everything was acceptable. Think his name was Lewis a credit to the hotel nothing was too much. We run out of t bags and rather than have us wait he bought them up to our room instead. Top guy
