Val

Enjoyed our overnight stay in a very clean hotel. Everything you needed is catered for. Location close to the shopping arcades and plenty of places to eat. Would recommend it highly. Would definately stay there again.

Liked: Very very clean, staff pleasant and very helpful.
Disliked: Car park spaces rather tight.

Liked: Beware - this hotel has closed and is now a private property. When I went to the hotel I encountered a group of rather shady looking men who told me that the hotel is now a private property and no longer exists. Shame on you Booking.com for listing a property that no longer exists. Booking com took the full payment from me in April. The first day of my trip was ruined as I had to spend quite a lot of time finding alternative accommodation. The trip ended up costing three times the price of the original. Disgraceful way to treat a loyal Booking.com customer.

Clean, comfortable & central

Liked: Great location & clean rooms. It’s a budget hotel so don’t expect the ritz but it’s clean, comfortable and very central
Disliked: The highly inflated rates during the Cheltenham festival but tbf every hotel in cheltenham does this so can’t really single them out
