Citrus Hotel Cheltenham by Compass Hospitality, Cheltenham

Enjoyed our overnight stay in a very clean hotel. Everything you needed is catered for. Location close to the shopping arcades and plenty of places to eat. Would recommend it highly. Would definately stay there again.

Liked: Very very clean, staff pleasant and very helpful.
Disliked: Car park spaces rather tight.

Liked: Staff were polite and very helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was quite quiet so I slept well. Towels and sheets were very clean.
Disliked: Bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked.

Disliked: Room had several important faults.1 The curtains don,t fit windows & one off rail.2 shower hot /cold tap stuck on hot!3 duvet cover too thin & does not touch both sides of the bed.4 had to ask for extra pillows.5 toilet seat broken & loose.6after 4day stay bin in room overflowing.

Great location, price and friendly staff

Liked: Perfect location, just a short bus ride to Cheltenham race course, short 5 minute walk to the high street.Staff were lovely and helpful, and enjoyed the continental breakfast.Clean. Would definitely stay again

Great location, nice staff but unclean

Liked: The location and that there was parking although limited and an additional cost. The reception staff were very helpful and arranged for me to change rooms with many apologies. The beds were comfy
Disliked: My first room was infested with moths and the carpet was half eaten. Rain came through the window and pooled on the window sill. The wall sockets tripped a couple of times. The room 317 generally felt really dirty. The 2nd room I was given was better - less moths more carpet but still felt unclean. The glass coffee table had dried food and other substances trapped under the glass.
