Citrus Hotel Cardiff by Compass Hospitality

All in all, a really disappointing stay. Needs a lot of updating in certain areas - our bedroom was filthy, with dirty stained towels, and the mattress needed replacing, as did the curtains that looked like old bed sheets. Breakfast, well what can you say!? Make your own toast etc., but no plates, bowls, cups to put it on. Warm juice! The floor was covered in bits of food - it was disgusting. I certainly won't stay there again and will inform others not to either. Room was supposed to be a double, but it was 2 single beds!

Disliked: Dirty; very, very basic; no plates, cups or glasses for breakfast; mattress collapsed in the middle; parking very, very limited.

Liked: The room was clean, and the staff were extremely helpful
Disliked: You cannot open the window in any of the rooms, for safety reasons apparently. So the air was quite stuffy, unfortunately. Imagine how it is in the summer!
