Excellent location for tourists who...

Liked: The hotel has an excellent location right in the heart of Zurich’s Old Town, allowing easy access to most of the city’s main attractions on foot. The staff is extremely attentive and always willing to help. I also really appreciated the in-room technology — using the iPad to make requests was a great touch and very easy to use.
Disliked: I have nothing to complain about. The hotel was great, and my stay was very smooth and enjoyable.

Disappointing

Disliked: Wouldn’t recommend. Check in process painfully inefficient, staff unhelpful and had to be repeatedly asked simple requests (like help with check-in or printing a detailed invoice). No housekeeping. The rooms themselves are clean and spacious, but I found the bed to be uncomfortable enough that I had difficulty sleeping, which was not helped by street noise on the weekend that could be heard from the room. Overall, there are better options in the area for a similar price.
