Excellent hotel in a great...

Liked: The property is modern, room was clean and modern, bed was comfortable, the blackout blinds blocked out all light and the room was quiet. The paid breakfast was excellent as well. Location is close to most of the must-see spots in Zurich and to Zurich HB. The customer service was friendly and prompt. Compared to many other places in Zurich which are old, this place is one notch above. The proximity to Babu’s and Hiltil for coffee and meals is a plus. I recommend it.

Liked: Loved that I could use an ipad to control everything. Also that water/bar was free and available 24/7

No warning of dangerous beds

Liked: Nothing the experience was ruined because the management didn't listen or care about us.
Disliked: The beds can only be accessed on one side, so if there is 2 people one has to climb over the other person to get out, we are in our mid 60s and have to get up in the night so this was very difficult. As soon as I seen the bed I asked to leave, but the hotel refused our request. This wasn't clear when booking so we should have been able to get another hotel. One of us could have been injured climbing out of bed in the night. Booking.com no help at all.

Liked: Friendly staff, easy check in and check out, funky room lights and spotless.
Disliked: Having to climb over your bed partner to get up is a bit of a hurdle for us oldies!

Modern and convenient

Liked: Easy to find and very modern and we were grateful for bags being stored on our checkout day.
Disliked: Access to bed was ok for one but not 2 people. Pretty tight.
