Incredible location, great tech, but...
Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: I checked into a dirty uncleaned room. Beyond basic check in and check out staff can’t manage beyond second tier basics.

The experience could've been better,...
Liked: Great location! Had stayed at this hotel before and it is located near the metro for quick and easy access around DC. The bar is always a good time to be around. Had not tried the rooftop bar yet.
Disliked: We have been at this location before and loved it, but had issues at the most recent stay. The room's AC/air controls on the tablet and 'cooler' was not working. Staff restarted the controls, but still wasn't working so we were moved into another room on the same floor. Same issue, the 'cooler' and air controls were not working. Staff had to bring us a stand fan instead, the experience was not as great as the original.

Great stay
Liked: The hotel is rather new, very clean, backed by well trained and courteous staff. The roof top bar was excellent and the ability to sit outside on the roof inbthe evenings was good.
Disliked: The breakfast was excellent but rather a little pricey.While the automation was good, but preferred the physical switches and tv remote. I couldn't locate the request to make my room for instance.
