Fabulous hotel, highly recommended
Liked: Great location, near all attractions and metro, spotlessly clean, comfy bed,super friendly staff

Liked: The hotel design is really stunning and original. The location is very convenient, close to most of the popular sites and the wharf. Easy and fast self check-in and check-out. Control of lights, tv, airco from the ipad. Great breakfast buffet and very good service at the bar. Shower and atmosphere very appreciated
Disliked: Rooms are quite small; even more with the fact that the access to the bed is not accessible from both sides (one side is next to the window). Not enough space for the luggage and missing a coffee maker in the room. Quite expensive for an overnight. Though, we really appreciated all the rest !

Liked: We loved how everything was eco friendly and easy to use and my husband LOVED that everything was on a mini ipod to turn on lights and open curtains
Disliked: Our bathroom door did not shut all the way... also its not very "private" if you need to "go" if you know what I mean??????

Liked: The spacious common area on the lobby floor and the beautiful view of the rooftop restaurant
Disliked: From the moment we checked in, we asked the front desk staff for two adjacent rooms because we were a family. The staff said that the hotel was full today and could only arrange rooms on different floors for us, and asked us to ask the front desk again tomorrow. For the next three days, we asked the front desk twice a day if there were any vacancies, but the front desk always said that it was fully booked and asked us to wait for notification. However, there is no further notification. And I found that there were several vacancies next to the room I was staying in. Although the staff's attitude was not bad, my simple request of "two adjacent rooms" was not met during our five-day stay. I had to wonder if the staff took this request seriously.
