A comfortable well located hotel...

Liked: The clean modern comfortable facilities. Very cozy room
Disliked: Not having a hot drink facilities in the room

Liked: The view was simply breathtaking. Enjoyed falling asleep watching the lights from the Tower of London... and waking up to see it first thing in the morning again.
Disliked: The room was a little dirty. There was alvery thick dust between the bed and window. There were also handprints on top of the toilet bowl, seems to have been left behind by a guy when he stood up to pee. Quite disturbing. Check-in experience was also a bit disappointing.. friendly maybe?

Wonderful stay!

Liked: You really can’t beat the location of this hotel! It’s clean, comfortable with great staff. There’s a bar and a coffee shop in the lobby as well as nice areas to sit and relax. There’s view from our room was amazing!! Being so close to the tower and that whole area is amazing. The iPad to control the lights and tv was so handy. Loved the option for blackout shades.

Superb

Liked: Central location that is on top of a tube station. The rooms may be small, but are roomy enough when you're just using them to stay the night while exploring the city. There is an iPad that allows you to control everything in addition to the light switches which works smoothly.
Disliked: The views aren't very impressive, but that's fine if you use it for just staying the night

Liked: Location was the highlight - right opposite Tower of London, walking distance to borough market
Disliked: Rooms were not cleaned well. Check in was late (after their prescribed time). With the staff - had to wait a long time to talk to them each time.

Nice hotel in East London

Liked: Location is amazing next to Tower Hill tube and DLR. Since it’s right across London bridge, the views are great if you get an outdoor facing room.As with any CitizenM hotel, everything is controlled via an iPad, which was very easy to use.
Disliked: The AC in the room didn’t work so the room temperature was quite warm, making it a bit hard to sleep. I called for assistance, hoping they could reset the system or control the temp remotely, which they said they did. However, the room remained in the same temp for the 2 nights I stayed there.Would have appreciated that they offered to change rooms, since it was clear that it was broken.
