Be prepared to climb over...

Liked: Situated well, great view
Disliked: Room was so small for a king sized room. Bed impractical as had to climb over partner to go to loo. No coffee making facilities in room. Barely room to move

Excellent location and staff, IT...

Liked: Excellent location. The view to the Tower Bridge was unbeatable. The bar on the 7th floor has not only excellent views, but also excellent staff.
Disliked: The iPad to control the room didn't work. It took more than 2h to install the citizenM app. The IT systems could be better.

Disliked: Not enough lifts, we always waited at least 10 minutes to come down

Excellent location, value, and staff....

Liked: The check-in process for Citizenm is seamless. The location is fantastic, as it's right next to the Tower of London and walking distance to Tower Bridge and Borough Market. It's right on top of a tube station, so getting around is super easy. There's a great cafe by the lobby with nice coffee and pastries. And the room is quiet and comfortable despite being so near a major tourist attraction.
Disliked: We visited in the summer, and the rooms were warm. We actually had to request a different room, facing another part of the building, shortly after checking in as the sun was baking our first room. The staff was very accommodating, and got us another room easily, but even our second room was still a bit warmer than we would have liked. Also, there were some crumbs and fingerprints on the windowsill immediately next to the bed, so the room was mostly clean, but could have been cleaner.

Liked: Every thing. Fabulous view , great sustainability practices ,ease of use of every thing , particularly wi fi , great location

Superb

Liked: Location of this property is stellar. Love the self check in and check out option. Using the iPad OR app to control the room is great! We loved being able to open our window. The room was a bit small, but still very functional.
Disliked: Only being able to enter the bed from one side is very inconvenient if you need to get up in the night. We also wish there was laundry services on the property.
