Liked: the view was amazing - the location is so convenient - the staff are incredible
Disliked: the breakfast was a bit boring and overpriced and really don't like not having coffee in the room (that's actually a deal breaker for me...)

Liked: •Staff were so attentive. Got such a lovely welcome by Sol who was so helpful with my elderly mother-in-law. Thank you for making check-in process easy and getting to our room so quickly. •View from room overlooked Thames, didn't have Tower Bridge but was still impressive. •Had amazing sleep in hugh bed.•I would definitely be back
Disliked: Only found touch pad a little difficult to use to access lights when using blackout blinds, however found switches which were easier.
