CitizenM Pioneer Square location is...

Liked: The staff here are nicer than the South Lake Union CitizenM. I liked its proximity to the ferry/waterfront view. I walked to Pike Place a couple times. I was able to go to the Pioneer Square Art Walk which was nearby. I'll be staying at this Pioneer Square location again because each staff member I talked to was friendly - unlike my usual experience with South Lake Union CitizenM

We appreciated the location of...

Liked: The location is wonderful to walk right out to the waterfront where you find many restaurants and stores. The hotel was very clean and so interesting with all the cute little touches throughout the hotel.
Disliked: It was fine for 2 nights but the room may feel small if you stay longer. It has everything you need but can feel quite small.

Liked: Location was good. It was clean
Disliked: The iPads in the room and all the technology to put the lights on, to use the blinds and tv etc. very complicated and so annoying. Good gimmick but not practical for us… Also, we couldn’t get into reception at 10pm when we arrived as the door was locked and we had to wait for other guests to let us in. There was a staff member in reception but they didn’t see us.

Liked: Your staff was amazing. I really liked the breakfast and we enjoyed the bar too.
Disliked: The rooms were ridiculously small! Could hardly open our suitcases. I have never seen a toilet in the shower. It was just way too small for what the nightly rate was.
