We had a great time.

Liked: Location was great, staff were so helpful and the beds were super comfortable.
Disliked: The bed is against the wall so one person had to climb over the other to get in and out of bed so may not be suitable for older people. Also the room very small.

A techie world!

Liked: Very techie! Unique. But yiu better be techie confident. Beautiful view! Great location.
Disliked: We got by, but wonder how older, less techie guests would do. We were sent to our room with no prep on what and how. It was night, so a bit clumsy at first. Then it was fun!

Superb

Liked: The location was very good in that the hotel is on the waterfront and the subway is relatively close.
Disliked: The AC was on in the evenining even though the outdoor temperature was dropping into the 40s at night. So, the room was often uncomfortably chilly at times.

The stay was pleasant and...

Liked: Great location to everything. The breakfast and service was wonderful.
Disliked: The blinds kept malfunctioning and never was able to work tv. A little too many gadgets that seemed to have a mind of their own.

Exceptional

A unique overall good experience.

Liked: I loved the black out blinds!! They almost worked too good such that I slept in so long! I also loved the free corn nuts and water station in the lobby!!
Disliked: I could not open my room door with my suitcase open. There simply was not enough room for suitcases. If we were staying longer and would unpack, it would be better. But for a 2 night stay, I'd like to be able to keep my suitcase open with my clothes accessible.

Liked: Great location. Loved the wake up app & mood lighting. The room was small, but well appointed. Perfect for business travel.
Disliked: The King room was fine for 1 person, but would probably be cramped if any more were staying.
