Expect sleek, compact rooms with smart controls via iPad, sea views in select rooms, and a lively communal vibe in the shared lounge and bar.

Why Concert-goers love it

This hotel is a dream base for music fans. It’s walking distance to venues like CenturyLink Field and King Street Station, making post-show travel a breeze. With a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage, you can come and go as your concert schedule demands. The location was great, bed...

Liked: The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept on. We liked the option to pick which view we wanted for our room without an additional charge depending on where it was located. The electronic blinds were a great option especially the black out blinds.
Disliked: When we checked in the lady (I think the name was Mandie or something like that) was asked about a late check out. She said if we wanted to do a late check out just call down any time and tell them we wanted one and it would be no problem. When we asked for a late check we were told by a different person that the late check out slots were all full. He said we should have been told to say late check out no matter what when we checked in and then could change our mind. This was very upsetting as we were told two different things. We were not told they only gave out a certain number of late check outs! It's not like this is a free service either, we were prepared to pay the $39.00 for the late check out. They were short staffed so the restaurant was not serving food. We went down to eat and were told we couldn't eat there for that reason. The hotel check in app would not work correctly to scan in our ID. We ended up having to start all over and do it on their computer. This was a self-serve check in. A guest services person did not check us in and there was no option to have a card on file for any additional charges we might chose to incurr. Upon trying to work the t.v. it would not turn on or operate correctly with the Ipad in the room. We had to call down for assistance. The first lady neglected to tell us there was a regular remote in a drawer under the bed for the t.v. that we could use instead of the I-pad. She was no help. We called down again and a different lady answered who was very helpful, and reset the Ipad and told us about the regular t.v. remote so we could get things working correctly.

Great location, nice staff, clean,...

Liked: Liked how close it was to many attractions, the kindness of the staff, and the cleanliness.
Disliked: Price for what we got. We may have been paying for the location. The iPad to operate the room wasn’t in the room, the person at the front desk said they were a many out of commission and we had to download the app but it did not work smoothly once downloaded. Rooms are really small but I think that’s part of the hotel’s brand identity.

it was definitely one of...

Liked: Location (proximity to the coast, harbor, and downtown), friendliness of staffs, and nice room design
Disliked: sometimes the ipad that controls the room did not work properly. for a couple of times it got stuck at the lock screen and the barcode for accessing technical assistance does not work at all.

Beautiful unique art, delicious brunch,...

Liked: This location is wonderful to catch the Ferry (to Port Townsend) The ferry is literally across the street.Super easy to walk to. The shower modern and very cool. The bed was wonderfully soft, but firm. The surprize for me was I somehow thought to add price of the breakfast onto the room. So worth it!! The absolute best brunch I ever ate, in USA or Europe. Variety fresh and hot food, delicious, and heard they are open to public for brunch and later for cocktails. The art is amazing!! I took tons of photos. Go there when you are in Seattle. The Amtrak station is near by. (I took this end of my trip to LA) I will and have recommended this hotel.
Disliked: How to access the elevator is a bit tricky, but maybe I was just over tired.
