Superb

Liked: The location of the property is amazing! Can easily get to many public transportation stops, the location felt safe, even late at night especially with onsite security. The staff is VERY accommodating, we had a minor mechanical issue in our room and they offered to move our rooms immediately and even added on free breakfast for the remainder of our stay! It’s also very clean, very quiet not a lot of hallway noise or street noise. I’m proud to say I will now be someone who seeks out citizenM hotels when I travel.

Excellent choice!

Liked: Stayed at San Francisco citizenM for 2 nights and would 100% recommend. Excellent location, literally less than 5 mins from the BART trains which was great heading back to the airport. Also right beside a tram line, lots of shops and restaurants. The room was small but had everything you need, very modern, very clean and huge bed with storage. Glad we chose this hotel for our stay

Liked: This place was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to San Francisco! I had an amazing stay, the hotel is simply amazing! The rooms are extremely well-equipped with the highest tech ever! I was a bit scared that the room would be too small after reading the comments but honestly it was just great for one. The staff was also amazing, super friendly, kind and helpful. I literally want to go back to San Francisco to be able to stay at citizenM again (of course this is not the main reason but an important one

Superb

Liked: Great location, very friendly staff, they're kind and professional. Special thanks to Carla.she was amazing and went above and beyond to help me with something she wasn't obligated at all to do and all while tending to other guests.
Disliked: Food is fair, but they could have a lot more options especially the breakfast.
