Liked: Staff are very friendly snd coukdnt do enough for you. Very clean. Lovely communal areas. Good nreakfast.
Disliked: You uave to opt in to have your room cleaned but no problem once I asked. Confortable room but might be annoying for a couple having to climb over eachother to use the bathroom with the bed arragement sideways undef the window.

Liked: The location is perfectly at the center of Rotterdam, with all the shops and activities sorrunded, the room was not to big but the bed was comfortable,and the services of all staff are excellent very accommodating and friendly from cleaning staff,to bar staff and counter staff all of you are deserved to be recognize , thank you Elly the Filipina, and Miss B for assisting me all the time I appreciate a lot, definitely I comeback 100 percent
