Liked: The rooms were comfortable and clean. The communal space was beautifully decorated. Staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel at home.
Disliked: I would have liked to have breakfast included and not pay extra for it. For a 4 star hotel, I expected room service and tea/coffee in the rooms.
