Good location and staff, smelly...

Disliked: Had to change rooms 3 times to try and escape a sewage smell coming from the vents.

Liked: Excellent as always, love the concept. This is my fourth stay in a citizenM and I wish there was one in each city. Location excellent. We were given a bigger room and a cot for the baby. Beds are super comfortable, breakfast delicious. Staff super friendly, dining area had plenty games great for children.
Disliked: Only hiccup is cleaning during stay is minimal, change of sheet and empty bins. No toilet or floor cleaning.

Liked: We recently stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern everything felt from the moment we arrived. The design is sleek and fresh, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than expected, which was a huge plus after a long journey. They also offer luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, making it easy to explore the city without dragging bags around.There’s a cozy lounge area where guests can relax, which adds a nice communal touch to the experience. Our room was well-equipped with a small fridge—perfect for storing drinks and snacks. For those needing to press clothes, there’s an iron room located downstairs. There is a supermarket across the road, which is very handy. The location of the property is close to the attractions, shopping, post office, brasseries and bakeries.
Disliked: One small downside was the lack of an in-room kettle for making tea or coffee. It would be a great addition for guests who enjoy a morning brew without heading out. That said, the hotel does offer tea and coffee for purchase.
