Had a great 2 day, 1 night stay at CitizenM in NYC with my daughter. Location was perfect. Hotel staff was excellent. Room, although small for some people, was perfect for us. My daughter loved the rain shower that changed colors. The breakfast we added for an additional charge was good. The decor was fun and funky!

Liked: Big bed; fun, youthful; perfect location!
Disliked: Small room.

Had a great stay; nice staff, always willing to help. They let us check in early which was a great thing because I had a broken foot and was on crutches and needed to put my luggage down. The hotel was right across the street from our show. So I went across the street with no problems. Hotel is in a perfect spot for what we needed - show, food and sleep. It was perfect and comfortable, very clean with free wifi.

Liked: Staff and bartenders were awesome.
Disliked: The room was clean and innovative. Loved the IPad control. The room was tiny but had a king bed. If you're partner is ok with you crawling over her/him to pee at 2pm totally worth it....and really great location. Access to Broadway and subway right there. It's a great place for traveling 1 or 2 folks.

Liked: The staff rocked. Every single one of them! Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfection embodied due to the proximity of shows, etc.
Disliked: Ummmmm, sort of at a loss here....

Great location, modern rooms, slow...

Liked: Modern room with iPad that control features was really good. Location was superb.
Disliked: Housekeeping only seemed to happen after 3:30pm everyday for our room. We were often back in our from by then getting ready for the evening meaning our room only had a clean on the first day. Every other day we arrived and had to wait for them to come and then only got a towel swap as we were getting ready to go back out - would have expected that if out all morning that the rooms would been cleaned before 3pm considering that’s the normal check in time.
