Had a great 2 day, 1 night stay at CitizenM in NYC with my daughter. Location was perfect. Hotel staff was excellent. Room, although small for some people, was perfect for us. My daughter loved the rain shower that changed colors. The breakfast we added for an additional charge was good. The decor was fun and funky!

Liked: Big bed; fun, youthful; perfect location!
Disliked: Small room.

Had a great stay; nice staff, always willing to help. They let us check in early which was a great thing because I had a broken foot and was on crutches and needed to put my luggage down. The hotel was right across the street from our show. So I went across the street with no problems. Hotel is in a perfect spot for what we needed - show, food and sleep. It was perfect and comfortable, very clean with free wifi.

We loved the citizenM NYC...

Liked: The hotel is ideally located in NYC Theater District; perfect walking distance to Broadway shows and local restaurants. The hotel room was small but clean and efficiently configured for the space. The staff was fantastic. They would helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go extra mile whenever needed.

Modern, friendly, and great location

Liked: Friendliness of staff, amazing views from rooftop bar and gym, proximity to several metro lines, and great lobby.
Disliked: House keeping is loud - bangs, thuds, shouting... true, rooms and aisles are narrow but this part of the experience should improve. Also, can you please add European power outlets so that we can charge our devices in the (very likely) event we forget to carry an adapter with us? No coffee in the room, no basic amenities such as flip flops.

Liked: Love all your hotels i have visited so far.Super clean rooms & comfy beds & modern design. Love colors in communal spaces and ambiance.
Disliked: Thought I was getting breakfast included , when reservation was made , but somehow it wasn't showing when I got there. Price could be lower , especially for the last minute reservation if there are rooms available. Unfortunately US hotels are in generally overpriced.
