We stayed at the Citizen M in downtown LA for a concert we were seeing nearby. This is the second time staying at a CM hotel; the other was in NYC. I love the communal living room. It's super comfy and allows for people to be social and interact. We had a great stay, the hotel was super close to the Grand Central Market where we went for dinner and breakfast. I will definitely be back!

Liked: Very clean, hospitable service.
Disliked: The bathroom door which was magnetic made a loud bang if you let it close naturally. Heard a few in the middle of the night.

Great hotel for downtown LA

Liked: Great hotel with very friendly staff, rooms compact but had everything you need for a comfortable stay
Disliked: A little close to skid row so had to be vigilant when venturing around

Wonderful, relaxing experience .

Liked: We enjoyed our stay at citizenM. The hotel was in a great location for the things we wanted to see during our visit. The staff were wonderful, everyone was very polite ,friendly and helpful. The use of the iPad to control the settings for the room was great. Checking in and out was very easy on the kiosk.We will definitely return.
Disliked: The bed being up against the wall was difficult to maneuver out of without waking my husband.

Fun vibes, great local

Liked: Great concept hotel. Cool, hip vibes. Awesome amenities.
Disliked: Only problem was my reservation was mixed up with another person with the same last name. And even though the situation was taken care of, it set off a trigger of events. Breakfast wasn't paid for, checkout time wasn't clear, room wasn't the best ( low TP, no water glasses, not the view i wanted.)
