Exceptional comfort & sleep quality

Liked: Very well designed. Rooms are extremely comfortable and well appointed. I’ve stayed here several times and it’s fantastic for sleep quality and ease of use.
Disliked: The cleaning system, you have to request cleaning for the following day by 4am in the morning which is perfectly positioned to make clients miss that time as you usually remember when you wake up about 6am!

Exactly what I wanted

Liked: Everything. I loved it. So comfy and modern! Room is practically furnished. I would stay there again.
Disliked: Location is excellent, close to Victoria station, which is great after a long day of sightseeing in London, but I didn’t really feel safe around the station because of the homeless people. Once, a woman waiting at a crosswalk warned me to put my mobile away because hers had been stolen right there the day before. Anyways, CitizenM is awesome!

Great atmosphere and staff

Liked: Great location, reception was bright and staff were amazing. Room was clean and compact with nearly everything you could need. Bed was large and comfy.
Disliked: Personally missed tea/coffee making facilities.

A very nice, hi-tech hotel,...

Liked: The room was soundproof and the bed was very big and comfortable. Beautiful and strong shower, very good air conditioning. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff were extremely nice and professional.
Disliked: The room was really too small, so was the bathroom space. The pillows were too hard and the Ipad (through which everything is controlled in the room) ran out of battery on my third night.
