Liked: Stylish and very close to Victoria Station, which is where trains from Gatwick arrive and which also has a tube station, so very convenient location. Also very close to some musical theaters. The hotel is stylish, vibrant and has extremely friendly staff. You can order pizza at 1am, no problem. The breakfast is not extremely varied but fine. Rooms have a lot of hightech which delights those who want to steer lighting, tv, shades and eveything else via an ipad.
Disliked: Rooms are relatively small and the shower room is just separated by a semi-transparent glass. Unless you're a couple, you may find this creates awkward situations... Not too much storage space, either. Perfect for short stays with little baggage, but not very spacious if you carry large suitcases.

Liked: It was great location. The rooms were well organized and the hang out space in the lobby was great.
Disliked: Small rooms but great in general

Comfortable Stay. Great location.

Liked: Location is great. Next to Victoria Railway Station and Tube. All the staff were always friendly and helpful. Downstairs area has a very cool & videy atmosphere. Excellent beds!

Superb

Liked: The hotel is just around the corner from Victoria station, so very nicely postioned - you have trains, underground, buses super close! Despite being close to the station, the street looks safe, being quite animated till late with shops, restaurants and theatres. The room is small but smart, you actually have quite some space also for the clothes/luggages, etc. The shower is very comfortable.
Disliked: It's just a bit tricky to find the good compromise with the room temperature and the fan/ventilation speed but it is just a matter of finding yor own balance :-)

Okay for a short stay

Liked: Location to Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace.Check in and check out was seamless.
Disliked: Rooms are very small.No fridge, kettle or any amenities in the room not even a class or some water. The idea of using an iPad to control all aspects of the room is not for me.
