Fabulous!

Liked: Welcoming, funky, modern and clean. Rooms were fabulously put together, spacious, and quiet and clean. Staff were attentive. Everything we needed for night stay. Food and drink if you needed it.
Disliked: It was ideal for us. Nothing negative!

Liked: Great hotel in a fantastic location, close to Victoria stations.

Excellent stay

Liked: Location, Cleanliness, Staff Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Hotel was very good. Booking.com handling of change to taxi schedule was terrible. Communication with Booking.com about the change in schedule for the Taxi was excruciatingly negative. Did not, could not reach anyone to change the taxi schedule so we resorted to tube to get to the hotel. I would like to be reimbursed for value of the taxi which would have been much more convenient. I believe that rate for the taxi was about 78 GPB. Without reimbursement, I plan to contest the charge from Booking.com for that amount.
