Great location. Very helpful staff.

Liked: Great location. Staff extremely helpful: we were allowed to get into our room very early, and we were allowed to leave our case at the hotel after check-out. Thank you.
Disliked: Would prefer tea-making facilities in the room.

Liked: Brilliant location for my work trip. Nice, clean room. Good shower!
Disliked: The tech was a little temperamental in my room and I couldn't get the Chromecast to work on my final night, but it had worked before that.

Great hotel, great service, conveniently...

Liked: I have stayed at the CitizenM London Victoria several times. The service is always excellent, it is right next to Victoria Station which provides the travel convenience that I need, and the hotel and rooms are lovely.
Disliked: It’s not always budget friendly.
