Amazing location, very welcoming staff...

Liked: I absolutely loved the hotel! Great location, very easy to get there, great rooms (a bit small but you are in London hey!), staff is great, great breakfast and great living space with books and vinyles. I will defintely stay there again!

Poorly maintained, dirty, should be...

Liked: The location is good and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our first room had a problem whereby the AC made a constant noise. They couldn’t change our room until the next day. In the next room, there was a foul odour coming from the sink due to it not having been cleaned recently. We had requested our room be cleaned but it was not cleaned…Overall this hotel has no maintenance. Two of the lifts were out of service so it took a long time to get up or down. The rooms are not maintained and look shabby.This is a 2-3* hotel pretending to be something better.It’s our second time staying here and we have seen a dramatic decline in standards so we will not return

Superb

Liked: Good position. Clean and well organised.
Disliked: We got a room at floor 8, but there was only one working lift, the others were out of orders.So leaving and getting back to the room took longer than expected, as the lift was always full

Comfortable and modern

Liked: The place is super clean, comfortable, and has a very modern layout. From check-in to the tv of the room, you can manage everything from a computer or tablet, very easy to handle and with a very helpful staff.The place is located about 15min from Liverpool Street station, which connects you to the airports and many other places around, very close to main attractions as well.It also has a huge bed with a lovely view from the city and the train tracks by side, and a fun toilet cabin with colored lights you can change with the mood.It was a wonderful place to stay after we needed to run away from another place in a awful state.
Disliked: The lift takes a little too long to reach the different levels.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Shower kept flooding and flowing in to the room. Staff were informed from the start and did nothing despite promising maintenance would be involved. Three lifts, only one was working. Firemen had to force one open one day. So lift waits were agonisingly long
