Great

Liked: Everything was clean and worked really well. Staff was very nice. Location is great, especially for foodies. There are a lot of restaurants and stores in the area.

Great team, reliable and comfortable...

Liked: Super friendly staff, great room as always - looked a little tired though so could do with some repaint etc.
Disliked: Location was a little out of the way and didn't feel super safe walking home at night as down an alley.

Had a really good short...

Liked: I like the location. I used to work in the area 20 years ago and it was interesting to see how much it had changed. The hotel was very modern and clean and it was easy to use the facilities once you realise it's not like a conventional hotel. I like the fact that all the controls for the room are accessed through the ipad. It was a very quiet room, or just well sound proofed which was perfect for a good night's sleep. The bed was large and super comfortable with 4 big pillows and the shower was amazing - what more do you need?
Disliked: Maybe I'm just old fashioned, but I would've preferred a kettle in my room rather than going down to reception to get hot water.
