Good

Liked: I like the rooms and everything seems clean expect from a bit of a sewer smell. The hotel is located close to stations and shopping facilities. The breakfast is good but expensive.
Disliked: There is no the or coffee in the rooms, which I really think is a big downside at the hotel, especially because you already pay plenty for the room itself, it should be included and its actually the reason I decided to find another hotel. You can buy coffee in the lounge area but it feels like an attempt to make as much money as possible. Plus there is a lot of self service, you check in and check yourself out and that should be reflected in the price.

Welcoming, smart hotel in great...

Liked: I loved the welcoming feel of the hotel in the middle of London. Cool décor and good use of tech. As a solo traveller, it's important for me to feel safe and supported, and that's how I felt. Loved that you can choose where in the building you want your room too. And the breakfast was divine!! Best fresh bagels I've eaten in England.
Disliked: The design was cool, but in places, it looked a little tired. Aside from that, great, can't wait to return.

Liked: Wonderful staff, cosy downstairs space, very clean and quiet rooms, excellent location!

Disliked: The room smelled bad.

Ticked all the required boxes

Liked: Friendly staff, quirky art/aesthetics, comfortable large bed, customisation of room, personalised welcome on the TV/ipad is a nice touch, safety stored my luggage after checkout until read to leave.
Disliked: Wouldn't say there was anything I disliked. There's probably better value available, but the location and comfort come at a price. Won't suit everyone or every situation - some people will prefer a more traditional hotel offering.
