Overall great experience and I...

Liked: The staff were really welcoming and helpful. I loved the room, bed very comfortable. The location is brilliant, close to London Bridge, Borough Market, Tate Modern, the Globe Theatre, Millenium Bridge etc. Also enjoyed the unlimited free water.
Disliked: The room is called king, but I think it would be a bit small for 2 people - great for 1 though. I always prefer to be able to open the window, so that is the main negative for me, although not unusual in London hotels.

Disliked: Not as clean as it should be, tablet was very dirty, the rest was ok, not sparkling clean.
