Over all this was a complete disappointment.The rooms, with mood lighting in shower were the smallest I have ever been offered in a hotel.A square bed sits at one end abutting all the walls, resembling a caravanThe noise from the room above was considerable.Why do you have to have to book yourself in and out when everyone has to be shown what to do? Never stay here again even if offered free.

Enjoyed my brief stay. And...

Liked: The decor. The shower and the bed. The tablet for operating room features.
Disliked: Fix the other lift please. A kettle in the room would have been good but I know you don’t do them.

Great wee room, easy check...

Liked: The bed was huge and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable one night stay.
Disliked: There was only one lift and as we were on the 6th floor we did have to wait a long time for it to arrive, also sometimes there wasn’t enough space for us to get in.!

Liked: It was central. Good view. Good shower.
Disliked: Only 1 lift working over the 3 days I was there. Had to wait for up to 5 minutes at busy times. No kettle in the room. Had to go down to the breakfast area to get water for coffee.

Liked: It was lovely just a little to much technology in rooms for me as I am older and not good with this technology But my daughter took everything in hand and whizzed through it all from check in to room
Disliked: It was a lovely clean room The only thing I missed was no tea coffee facility in room as I love my coffee as soon as I get up
