Over all this was a complete disappointment.The rooms, with mood lighting in shower were the smallest I have ever been offered in a hotel.A square bed sits at one end abutting all the walls, resembling a caravanThe noise from the room above was considerable.Why do you have to have to book yourself in and out when everyone has to be shown what to do? Never stay here again even if offered free.

really great would definitely stay...

Liked: amazing friendly stafflots of nice spaces to sit and work/read/have a cup of teareally homely feel comfortable bed with a nice view out of the window
Disliked: bit worn, lift had tape on the floor

Had a WAY better experience...

Liked: Checking in was easy.
Disliked: The light switches above the bed were dodgy. The Wi-fi was intermittent at best and the bar unlike previous times I visited had no food and refused to sell alcohol after 1am which 2 times before I've stayed has never been a problem especially on a saturday night. Also there was a security guard on the door that made me feel uncomfortable whom was never there before and it all equated in general to a rubbish visit.

Fabulous ✨

Liked: Location is perfect. Modern, spotless and tasteful. Staff were really really lovely. WIFI was much better than on my last stay.
Disliked: We had some trouble with the lift even though the green light was coming on when we scanned our key. Other guests were having similar issues but we all had a laugh about it
