Over all this was a complete disappointment.The rooms, with mood lighting in shower were the smallest I have ever been offered in a hotel.A square bed sits at one end abutting all the walls, resembling a caravanThe noise from the room above was considerable.Why do you have to have to book yourself in and out when everyone has to be shown what to do? Never stay here again even if offered free.

Liked: Absolutely Nothing
Disliked: AVOID AVOID AVOID - The check in staff Silvia and Viktoria’s attitude was disgraceful, rude and unprofessional. Very cruel to guests in distress during check in. Room had broken TV, was unclean, requires a lot of maintenance. Lifts were broken despite being on higher floors. Paid almost £300 for one night and the whole experience was absolutely shocking! Other CitizenM locations are fine - this Glasgow team needs replacement. Filing complaint with corporate. Read recent reviews - this is a clear pattern of poor service at this specific location.

Walkable to and from different...

Liked: Friendly young staff. 24 hour food and drink service. Location was good once I got my bearings about the city.
Disliked: Far too hi tech for my liking- arriving tired and having to deal with technology threw me. Was expecting a city view according to my booking confirmation but was given a back view room. Couldn’t open the windows felt a bit claustrophobic. There could be some information about buses.

Liked: Great location, stylish hotel, easy check-in, very clean room. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Disliked: The shower in our room (535) was a bit broken: leaking, which lowered the water pressure. All the rest was great :)
