Really enjoyed this hotel and...

Liked: Loved the modern feel. The staff was great and very accommodating to all my questions and needs. Room was great with the modern touches.
Disliked: Internet was not great at times.

Great location!

Liked: Rooms are small, but well designed. Although there are a lot of DIY aspects to this hotel, such as for check-in or room cleaning by request only, it is also well-staffed and everyone there is a very helpful. Nice lobby/bar area with lots of different seating areas. Great outdoor deck. The location is excellent- only a block from the Riverwalk and a few short blocks to Millennium Park.

Exceptional

Wonderful location very modern

Liked: The lobby and reception where so pretty. To be able to manage the room with the app or iPad was really smart.
Disliked: The bathroom door didn't close well. Also there are very little places to charge the electronics, there should be one near the bed.

GREAT HOTEL

Liked: Location, location, location. It's walking distance from the art museum, millennium park, the lake, the riverwalk, Wildberry, State Street, and the bean. No one can get to the rooms without a key card. They have bowls, and utensils available for use. The self check in and out. The black out curtains.
Disliked: The rooms are small, parking is in another building across the street and it can be confusing.
