Superb

Liked: As with all CitM hotels, the social spaces are fantastic. The bar and lounge area is great and truly enjoyable place to relax. Rooms were as expected and actually a touch larger than usual CitM rooms. Gym is very good and has A great range of equipment.
Disliked: Nothing.

CitizenM was a wonder hotel...

Liked: The hotel is clean and colorful, and the staff are friendly. It is an amazing location too!
Disliked: My room was freezing and there was not a thermostat to change the temperature of my room.

Liked: It was close to everything and the staff were friendly
Disliked: All of my pillows had stains on them and there was water leaking into our room from the ac vent

Convenient location and modern amenities....

Liked: The location is perfect! Centrally located to many points of interest.
Disliked: Having to use the iPad to control the television. It was hard to change the channels and the tv kept turning off randomly.

Really great location was able...

Liked: Very great central area, the guests and the people at the bar were really nice. I loved the decor for pride week. It was just a really fun overall environment. Staff was nice.
Disliked: I had to wait because my reservation was lost when I arrived. I wasn't aware that I would have to still spend $150 for parking a couple nights nearby. I think that breakfast should be offered for everyone. The bedrooms are also very small, but comfortable.
