Liked: It was clean and had a lot of easy food options close by.
Disliked: The room is small for the price. The pillows are incredibly tall and firm without any variation to choose from. There wasn’t a top sheet on the bed. The sound isolation was poor. Could hear other rooms shades opening/closing, and what sounded like someone brushing their teeth in the next room, which made us feel uncomfortable about what others might be able to hear of our conversations/etc. The chain had “edgy” and sexualized imagery everywhere. For example, a picture of a fully nude woman down in the cafe area. Also the room app’s welcome screen has an animation of a man’s legs opening in a suggested way. Wouldn’t want to take my children there. Not a brand I’d want to support again.

Liked: Have stayed there multiple times always great, right in the heart of the city
Disliked: Nothing major, just could not get the close caption off the t.v. Like to watch tv not read it

Liked: Breakfast was pretty well. Stuff was friendly too.
Disliked: Room is like prison cell. Good for single person only. If you want comfortable class stay as couple or with friend these rooms are not for you.
