Very good

Liked: All the hotels under this brand are quite similar (I have stayed at both of their properties in Boston). It is a comfortable hotel, the rooms are fully equipped, and the common areas are quite pleasant. The location is excellent and the staff is very nice.
Disliked: The rooms in these hotels are fairly small

Liked: This is our second time at a citizen and we love the concept! Rooftop bar was really nice!
Disliked: They got rid of the face cloths! Please bring them back!

Our Citizen M accomodation added...

Liked: Stylish, design foward rooms with fabulous views over Back Bay Area. Excellent shared spaces for relaxing or working, bar and food spaces and a wonderful rooftop bar. Very attentive staff to help with checkin/out and baggage hold. Well positioned to do sightseeing.
