Good

We were so happy with...

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect. We were in town for the marathon and some sightseeing and it was in walking distance to the finish line. We were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go.
Disliked: When we initially booked I didn't pay any attention to the room size. I was too focused on location. When we arrived, we realized how tiny the rooms are. HOWEVER, the common area downstairs was fantastic, and we used it almost daily, whether having a drink, meeting family, playing a card game at one of the tables, and endless stops to the water bottle filling station. The room, while small, was actually perfect for our needs. The bed was very comfortable, the blackout shades were exactly that, and the small space is well thought out, so we were able to stay very comfortably there.!

Great value for money and...

Liked: Such a great location, right across from Newbury street which had all the restaurants and shops. Though the room was small, it was so practical. It had everything I needed from the king size bed, to all the amenities you’d expect in a room. The reception was nice and even let me borrow an umbrella. The lobby area was very comfortable, with a lot of space to hang out, read, and unwind. I liked how efficient the hotel was from check in and check out to the security on the floors to only swipe into your wing.
Disliked: The gadgets in the room sometimes didn’t work. For example, for the blinds, I’d have to press the switch multiple times to get the blinds to open and shut. It was cool to control the temperature and mood on the iPad, but sometimes I felt that the temp wasn’t changing as fast as I’d like.
