Loved our stay, would definitely...

Liked: Very clean, great facilities, the breakfast was totally worth the extra charge and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Loved the location too.
Disliked: For anyone who needs a lot of space, keep in mind the rooms are small (although they're very honest about it)

Your receptionist soured our trip

Liked: Rooftop pool and bar was great
Disliked: We checked in very late due to flight issues and it was clear to me the sheets and bedding weren’t changed. We slept on top of the bedding fully clothed given how late it was. The next morning I called down to reception to ask for a full change of the bedding and she was so RUDE. She went off about how so many people were checking in blah blah and pretty much the sheets may or may not be cleaned. Her attitude was ridiculous given the request wasn’t egregious, so I asked her for alternatives like changing rooms if the bedding couldn’t be changed. I don’t know why I am coming up with suggestions because I am a paying guest and didn’t want to sleep on used bedding.

Nevermore

Disliked: No parking, this is a minimalist hotel for woke people. If you want a decent hotel at a decent price stay away. Rooms are the size of a double death row cell and everything is controlled on a pad. What a crock of crap this place is with everything is cashless.

Wonderful hotel, well recommended

Liked: Great location for bars and restaurants. The pool was an amazing setting and both pool bar and lobby bar were great. Rooms are small but well equipped. We loved this hotel
Disliked: Nearby parking was a fortune for 4 days, but we could have planned ahead abit better

Very poor

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: The staff has poor customer service. They made a mistake with the charge for our room, and the best solution they could come up with was to block our access instead of calling us to the front desk to resolve the issue. They are cynical and disrespectful when dealing with customers. Very bad experience.
